Ear, Nose and Throat Associates (ENT) is a medical practice of 12 board-certified physicians specializing in Otolaryngology located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our mission is to provide quality, state-of-the-art care in a courteous and professional manner. ENT prides itself on creating a culture that enables everyone to excel, both in and out of the office. Through our Social Committee, we are constantly looking for ways to engage with our office employees through events such as the Co-Ed Softball League, After-Work Social Hour, Casual Fridays, Halloween Dress-Up, Summer Party, Meet Santa Event for employee children, and our big company party to wrap up the year. ENT has assembled a team of passionate, driven employees. 

ENT is growing every year, and we’re looking for individuals to grow with us. We currently have more than 140 employees working throughout our three Fort Wayne offices and 11 regional, community-based clinics serving northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio.
