Heidi began her career at ENT as a nurse in 2010. She continued her education while gaining experience in ENT. She has experience in diagnosing and treating ear, nose and throat conditions. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Ohio University in 2021 and has advanced training in ENT care, including procedures such as nasal endoscopy, nasal cautery and ultrasound-guided FNA.
With a strong focus on patient education and personalized care, Heidi treats a wide range of ENT issues, including allergies, sinus disorders, hearing loss and voice problems. Heidi also performs Inspire consults. She works closely with ENT specialists to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care to patients of all ages.
