Dr. Tina Sheehan has been a dedicated audiologist since 1998. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in audiology from Purdue University and her Doctor of Audiology from Salus University in 2009. In 2010, she returned to Salus University for specialized training, completing a nine-month program to earn a certification in cochlear implants for adults and children. She has also attended The Auditory Processing Institute to complete specialized training in the diagnosis of auditory processing disorders and the BMAT auditory training therapy program.
Dr. Sheehan began her career at Ear, Nose & Throat Associates in 1998, followed by establishing her own private practice and then working at a non-profit audiology center. She is thrilled to return to Ear, Nose & Throat Associates, where she feels at home with her professional family.
Her clinical specialties include the diagnosis and treatment of Auditory Processing Disorder (APD), cochlear implants for all ages and pediatric audiology. Tina is passionate about helping individuals navigate the challenges of hearing loss and APD, supporting them in achieving optimal communication and success. She takes a particular interest in assisting patients and families who have hearing loss and APD, offering support, advocacy and information at every stage of life. A native of Fort Wayne, Tina resides here with her husband, Matt, who is a proud member of the IBEW. They have two sons: Devin, 30, who lives in Thailand working in child and family support, and Xavier, 22, who works in sales, living in Fort Wayne. Tina enjoys spending time with her family, reading, singing and watching sports.
